The project submitted by E2C grand lille aims to support young NEETs who are far from employment on a path to success. As part of its purpose of association, the e2c grand lille will accompany at least 1500 young people in total over the 3 years 2023 2024 2025. As part of the fse+ project submitted, the e2c Grand Lille campus wishes to dedicate specific human and pedagogical resources to make the 900 young people furthest from employment succeed. These 900 young people who are more vulnerable or in difficulty in engaging in a professional project will, like young people who are less remote, have to be able to benefit from a dynamic labour market and access training opportunities. Our project plans to continue to test and innovate so that these young people with multiple obstacles (social, psychological difficulties .... ) have the motivation triggers thanks to a professional project built, chosen, relevant with the opportunities of the labour market and that they regain confidence in their ability to succeed in their life project. By broadening the sourcing of the dropout audience, increasing the individualisation of vulnerable young people's career paths in order to maintain them in support, strengthening work on the professional project in connection with the promising sectors and securing support outings, the e2c grand lille aims to demonstrate that the path to success is accessible to young people who are very far from the world of employment via appropriate means.
