The project aims to spread an innovative and multi-partner model aimed at combating territorial and social disparities. Indeed, it will take place mainly within the QPV of the MEL, to carry out awareness-raising and remobilization actions thanks to the capture facilitator and the integration bus (mobile platform offering a space conducive to exchanges around topics related to professional integration, in an informal atmosphere). At this stage, it may then be young people out of school, invisible, job seekers with little or no qualifications, RSA beneficiaries, dormant public, who will be able to identify their needs and expectations through a mobile application and benefit from a first level of information. For young NEETs, we will then be able to offer a personalized path ranging from the lifting of obstacles to post-hiring follow-up, through the valorization of skills. This route can be co-constructed by the beneficiary and the relay-accompanying person, jointly defining the duration of the route, its pace, the modalities of maintenance, based on the skills of all the partners at our side. The accompanying torchbearer will then be the guarantor of the good realization of the course of the young person. For others, we will also be able to rely on the partnership network to guide them towards a solution adapted to their needs, leaving no one unanswered.
