The A2U Alliance, in which the Universities of Artois, Littoral Côté d'Opale and Picardie Jules Verne are committed, aims to reposition a partnership strategy at the territorial level in order to continue their participation in the structuring of ambitious research in Hauts-de-France (HDF). Thus, the A2U Health Research Units are jointly submitting this CPER MOSOPS project "Modelization, Simulation, Optimization of Health Impacts, Care and Pathways" in collaboration with research units outside the field of health stricto sensu with the aim of structuring research in the field of health and displaying a strong, original and unifying thematic signature that is visible and in order to respond to major societal challenges for our region, particularly health, to increase the international attractiveness and success rate of national and European calls for projects. The MOSOPS project aims to pool human and material resources in research units and platforms with a view to scientific relevance and a collaborative approach; to develop and support collaborations within A2U through annual calls for projects internal to MOSOPS (WP0) on unifying research projects in the areas of excellence identified. A major objective is the attractiveness of A2U to attract and train high-quality post-docs, engineers and students.
