The public policy movement in France tends to promote ordinary work for people with disabilities, but young people still face many obstacles. The prejudices of professionals that lead to discrimination, the difference between the expected skills and the profile of many young people and the lack of information about training are all problems to overcome to secure the pathways of young people. AFEIJ wishes to create a platform to support professionalization, with an educational food truck, which will allow young people to benefit from comprehensive support to build their professional project and acquire behavioral and professional skills to facilitate their integration into the common law and make effective their access to training and / or jobs.
