With its energy rehabilitation project for 250 housing units, SIA meets specific objective 2.1: Promote energy efficiency measures and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and Action 2: "Energy rehabilitation of social housing (public park)". SIA thermally rehabilitates a heritage composed of individual dwellings with gardens that has strong intrinsic qualities. The project consists of thermal insulation of walls and facades, insulation of lost attic, replacement of exterior joinery, change of gas boilers and installation of a VMC. The objective of the rehabilitation is based on three actions: - total treatment of housing - lower fluid consumption - better living comfort for tenants The works will improve the energy label from F to C (DPE).
