Denain - Energy rehabilitation of 88 housing units - Cité Bellevue and Cité Chabaud Latour The rehabilitation of the two mining towns of Denain is part of a massive renovation project of the mining heritage, as part of the Renouveau du Bassin Minier. Today SIA Habitat makes the choice in addition to thermal rehabilitation, to go further in improving the living conditions of the inhabitants. Thus, it was decided for these two cities, to add work to improve the habitability of these housing and support to aging.
