With its energy rehabilitation project for 674 collective housing units, Partenord Habitat meets specific objective 2.1: Promote energy efficiency measures and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and Action 2: "Energy rehabilitation of social housing (public park)". Partenord Habitat thermally rehabilitates a heritage composed of 3 residences built between 1974 and 1978: Residence Blériot (240 units - 5 buildings), Residence Fleming Lindbergh (228 units - 5 buildings) and Residence Terray (206 units - 7 buildings). The project consists of insulating facades with sustainable materials, replacing joinery, insulating floors and walls, installing a new, more efficient heating system, installing canopies around terraces, treating the entrance to each building, installing signage and adapting cellar ventilation. Overall, this project aims to improve the thermal insulation, fire safety, acoustics and architectural appearance of the residences. Landscaping and renovation of common areas are also planned. The objective of the rehabilitation is based on three actions: - treatment of the envelope - common areas - housing. The works will improve the average energy label D (237.38 kWep/m2/year and 35.31 kg). CO2eq/m2/year) to B (72.71 kWep/m2/year and 10.04 kg. CO2eq/m2/year).
