The objective is to eradicate energy-intensive housing, so that all its inhabitants can find a dignified and economical home and thus gain in quality of life and purchasing power. This program involves working on the interior transformation of housing in order to adapt it to the current way of life, to facilitate the maintenance of the elderly at home and the reception of new populations, to improve the residential attractiveness of these complexes to allow a diversification of the population. The project presents rehabilitation works for 92 dwellings: - indoor thermal insulation with insulating materials to improve winter comfort by better regulating humidity and summer comfort by increasing the inertia of dwellings, - replacement of adjustable self-ventilation with adjustable hygro ventilation B, - replacement of renovation profile PVC joinery with newly installed double-glazed PVC joinery equipped with roller shutters, - replacement of all entrance doors with an insulated door, - complete renovation of the heating distribution and replacement of heat emitters, - renovation of roof coverings, The work will improve the energy label from E-F-G to C.
