As part of the energy rehabilitation of its heritage, SIA Habitat rehabilitates a heritage composed of 36 collective housing units, divided into 3 buildings, built in 1960. This set no longer meets current energy performance and comfort needs. This work makes these dwellings attractive, improving their thermal performance, the living environment and the comfort of tenants. With its project, SIA Habitat meets specific objective 2.1: Promote energy efficiency measures and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and Action 2: "Energy rehabilitation of social housing (public park)". The rehabilitation carried out aims to give a second life to this heritage: - Thermal insulation from the outside of the facades; - Insulation of the attic; - Replacement of exterior joinery; - Replacement of radiators and old boilers; - Replacement of CMVs in dwellings. The rehabilitation will make it possible to change these dwellings from an energy-intensive label E to a label C .
