The operation consists of the rehabilitation of 64 collective social rental housing units, on an occupied site at 3 and 4 rue des Frères Lumières in LOOS. These are buildings from 1958. Vilogia thermally rehabilitates a heritage composed of 2 buildings of 32 dwellings each, called Lavoisier and Verhaeren towers, in the Oliveaux district, 3 and 4 rue des frères Lumière in Loos. These two buildings are integrated into the perimeter of the ANRU. The project consists in carrying out work on the building envelope (insulation from the outside behind a cladding, replacement of external joinery with low-emission PVC 4/16/4 with argon blade, renovation and insulation of the terrace roof, etc.), common areas (embellishments of halls and staircases, new bin room, new bicycle rooms, etc.), housing (replacement of the VMC, new network from individual gas boiler, etc.). The project also provides for outdoor facilities (fences, landscaping, etc.). The works will improve the energy label from E (278.50 kWhep/m2/year and 57 CO2eq/m2/year) to C (76 kWhep/m2/year and 13 CO2eq/m2/year).
