The objective is to eradicate energy-intensive housing, so that all its inhabitants can find a dignified and economical home and thus gain in quality of life and purchasing power. This program involves working on the interior transformation of housing in order to adapt it to the current way of life, to facilitate the maintenance of the elderly at home and the reception of new populations, to improve the residential attractiveness of these complexes to allow a diversification of the population. The project presents rehabilitation works for 61 dwellings: - indoor thermal insulation with thermal and acoustic materials (double partition insulation complex) to improve winter comfort by better regulating humidity and summer comfort by increasing the inertia of dwellings, - replacement of self-adjustable ventilation by adjustable hygro ventilation A, - replacement of all exterior joinery (including adapted air intakes) by PVC joinery and installation of roller shutters incorporated into the joinery - replacement of all entrance doors - complete renovation of the heating distribution and replacement of heat emitters, - cleaning of roof coverings and replacement of roofing accessories. The work will improve the energy label from E - F and G to C.
