As part of the energy rehabilitation of its heritage, in particular as part of the ERBM scheme, Maisons et Cités rehabilitates a heritage composed of 83 individual housing units known as "low camus", built after the war. This set no longer meets current energy performance and comfort needs. This work makes it possible to significantly improve their thermal performance, the living environment and the comfort of tenants. With its project, Maisons et Cités meets specific objective 2.1: Promote energy efficiency measures and reduce greenhouse gas emissions and Action 2: "Energy rehabilitation of social housing (public park)". The rehabilitation carried out includes: - insulation of facades and installation of cladding, - insulation of the roof or attic, - replacement of joinery, - replacement of the VMC, - installation of thermostatic heads. The rehabilitation will allow these dwellings to be upgraded from a D and E energy-intensive label to a C label.
