The Agglomeration of the Region of Compiègne, as part of its bike plan, wishes to eliminate a hard point of crossing a very busy departmental road (41,666 vehicles days). This hard point is on the route of the link 30 between La Croix Saint Ouen and Saint Sauveur. It is therefore planned to develop a central island allowing the safety of cyclists during the crossing, by the creation of this refuge.
