Acquisition of multiparametric monitors for VSAV (Vehicle of rescue and assistance to victims) of the department of Aisne For several years, the French health system has been under extreme strain in terms of caring for patients with sometimes closed emergency services related to a structural lack of caregivers and especially doctors. The hiring of a doctor outside the hospital generates a de facto lack of a doctor in the emergency department. The additional commitment of an SMUR team is not always justified with the risk of delay in the care of a patient whose condition would require a doctor on site and a cost to the community. Since 2022, Decree No 2022-621 of 22 April 2022 extends the list of emergency care measures that can be entrusted to firefighters to collect and transmit to the regulatory doctor information of a clinical nature contributing to the assessment of the victim's state of health. Among these acts is the recording and transmission of electrocardiograms (Article R6311-18-1-4° of the Public Health Code). It is in this respect that the SDIS 02 wishes to equip its emergency vehicles with digital equipment that improves the care of the victim by the quality and accuracy of the assessment transmitted to the regulatory doctor. The deployment of this equipment must make it possible to reduce the occurrence of the use of the engagement of SMUR teams, a source of waiting for the victim and those who wait in the emergency department and cost to the community.
