The health crisis has led to new ways of doing and consuming. The use of digital platforms has increased. Project leaders are inventing alternatives as responses to the new needs of users, cities and territories: cooperative platforms. Cooperative platforms are levers for the economic and solidarity development of territories, but they lack visibility, means and financing. The challenge of the project led by Apes with multiple partners is to build alliances and pathways to develop cooperative platforms at the service of territories and their inhabitants.
