The Regional Training Program (RPF) aims to train people seeking employment and / or in a precarious situation on the labour market to a trade by obtaining a certification, a diploma, a qualification registered in the National Directory of Professional Certifications or a specific directory or CERTIFINFO. Linked with all the multi-annual strategies of the Hauts-de-France Region, it thus contributes to increasing the number of trainees, increasing qualification levels and improving the adequacy of skills to the needs of companies. It thus responds to the priorities of the Regional Programme (RP).
