The Genech Institute - CFA ECCLOR wishes to implement personalized support for apprentices in difficulty, including those with disabilities, in order to secure their career path through apprenticeship training. This support has three dimensions. The first aims to remove the obstacles encountered by some young people in finding an employer and promote professional integration. The second is based on the support of apprentices who encounter social or family problems that can lead to a questioning of their training path and generate dropouts. It is a question of implementing listening points and allowing specialized accompaniments according to the needs detected. Finally, the third pillar is the securing of the pedagogical path of apprentices who encounter difficulties in their progression during training by the establishment of reinforced tutoring involving the pedagogical teams and employers. It is a question of conducting an experimentation of a reinforced support at the scale of the CFA in HDF and to lead a capitalization of experience and innovation in the security of courses. This multi-year project will make it possible to assess the impact and performance of the system among apprentices in the medium term and to measure the possibility of sustaining the improvement of the CFA indicators making it possible to finance all or part of this support in the long term.
