ConnectALL

The ConnectALL project aims to reduce the digital divide that affects about 20% of the inhabitants of Hauts-de-France. With the rapid rise of digital services, many are struggling to access their rights, employment and training. Despite the efforts made, a part of the population remains excluded from these devices, due in particular to a lack of information and difficulties of access. To do this, we aim to contribute to better linking the territory of digital mediation services, to get closer to users, and to go to the direct meeting of users, where they are. To meet these challenges, the project focuses on three main areas: - First of all, it is a question of creating totems places dedicated to the digital transition by implanting them in strategic places such as shopping centers, on each of the departments of Hauts de France. - Secondly, it aims to improve the communication of the actors of digital mediation to reach a wider audience. Finally, it encourages collaboration between all regional actors to pool resources and enhance the effectiveness of initiatives in the region.
