The project of the Company of Third Places is to experiment a new way of undertaking collectively, through the development and consolidation of a network of Third Places in Hauts de France, based on the methods of agility and co-construction resulting from digital culture and the commons. The challenge is to test new ways of producing goods and services in very close proximity. Food, local production, land, digital, territorial cooperation, the project brings together forty third-places, local authorities and SSE funders to accelerate the ecological and social transition of the Hauts-de-France region. To build this project, the Compagnie des Tiers-Lieux mobilized forty places for 7 months. The consortium brings together 11 third-party locations spread over the entire regional territory These partners animate each of the collective dynamics involving a hundred places in the realization.
