Heating of production premises from waste generated by the activity BARA (North) is a company manufacturing wooden box springs from simple model to relaxation product with electric motors. The company wants to invest in a wood boiler, and heat its workshops that until now were not. It intends to use the wood chip waste generated by its activity to power its boiler. The waste will be collected via a suction system and compacted into briquettes. This 442 kW boiler makes it possible to produce thermal energy from a renewable source. The heating period is 6 months. The company estimates the wood burned at 65 tons per year. The project provides for the consolidation of activities on a single site, that of Rosult. The company currently operates on two sites: Rosult for the manufacturing workshop and Sars et Rosières in the heart of the village for the assembly workshop. The project will avoid CO2 emissions by stopping transport between the two sites and by disposing of waste by truck.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
