MANIFEST - Programming 2024 - UPJV

The MANIFEST project concerns the storage and conversion of energy, its management, integration and security. It is supported by the University of Picardy Jules Verne (UPJV), the University of Artois (UA) and the University of the Coast of Opal (ULCO) which are grouped in the A2U alliance but also in partnership with the CNRS and INERIS. More specifically, MANIFEST has the role of structuring 9 research laboratories including LRCS, LAMFA, LG2A, UCCS (Artois site), LPMC, UDSMM, LTI, MIS, and LGCgE and the STEEVE platform that performs battery safety tests at INERIS. This dynamic initiated around MANIFEST continues within the framework of the work of the "Energy" group of the A2U alliance by involving other laboratories such as UCEIV (ULCO), LSEE (UA) and EPROAD (UPJV). Following workshops held in November 2021, it was possible to identify well-recognized and strategic specificities, others more emerging in the field covered by MANIFEST and the "A2U Energie" group, for which synergies will be able to be deployed thanks to the CPER. The partnership and the scientific animation around these themes related to energy will not only strengthen the positions with high visibility of certain themes but also strengthen a system approach. This will benefit all laboratories included in the dynamic, the young people who are trained there and promote the development of solution envelopes.
