The role of HDFID has been reaffirmed by the SRDEII (Regional Economic Development, Innovation and Internationalisation Scheme): reference structure in the Region to raise awareness, guide and support regional business projects (beneficiaries) under the innovation component. The actions to be implemented must make it possible to identify HDFID as a gateway to innovation in the region and to take the necessary steps to ensure that beneficiaries benefit from a path that can range from awareness-raising to direct or indirect support (by one of its partners).
