CPHD Formation aims to create and organize events in the cities of Laon, Château Thierry and its surroundings. The ‘At the heart of the human’ operation will make it possible to promote the human services, early childhood and health professions, which suffer from a lack of attractiveness among the new generations, and it is important to promote these professions, which are essential to our society. These activities are in great tension: retirement, increased need for home support or care, saturation of social medical institutions, recruitment difficulties in the territory. The will of CPHD is to participate very concretely in the "Ambition 2020" Plan, Learning and work-study for Employment in the Hauts-de-France. The educational project of the porter is at the same time to favor young people in a dynamic of employment, to sensitize young people to the professions of autonomy, to contribute to the needs of these professions in tension on our territory. The project leader aims to deploy from April 2024 to December 2026 in the Hauts-de-France, the department of Aisne, the rural areas of Laon and Château-Thierry, 134 events aimed at: - Discoveries, In-depth knowledge of 7 to 15 trades Personal service, early childhood and health, with 6,980 people including 1,900 high school students and middle school students from 3 high schools and 5 colleges, - 3,440 people met individually.
