A factor of growth, progress, recourse and access to rights, democratization of knowledge and speech, digital technology occupies a particularly important place in our society. However, increasing the digitalisation of our society also creates inequalities among the most vulnerable groups: elderly people, people with disabilities, people in precarious situations, and even young people. In view of the digital challenge, URIOPSS Hauts-de-France is fighting against the digital divide and is developing the PRINT 2.0 program "Digital Inclusion Resources Pole for All". Through this project, the ambition is to fight against illectronism and isolation, promote access to rights, participation and self-determination. PRINT 2.0 aims to raise awareness among social and medico-social actors of the challenges of digital inclusion: - Upgrading the skills of professionals/volunteers and accompanying persons (pedagogical support, training, etc.); - Support the development of digital inclusion projects (project engineering, material research) - Develop a digital community (collaborative platform animation, animation of a network of ambassadors and peer-helpers...) - Conduct a study on the impact of digital in social work Development is built in an open approach at the local level in co-construction with other actors of digital inclusion
