Connect Vous aims to promote the digital inclusion of all audiences by offering individual or collective support as close as possible to the inhabitants of Hauts-de-France. Equipped with adapted equipment (digital technical aids) and trained to make digital accessible to all, the team of digital mission managers intervenes in our Connect Vous spaces (Saint-Quentin, Beauvais, Amiens, Arras and Lille) and roaming to go to the public and especially in rural areas. There is nothing obvious about using the computer tool. We must remove the taboo and fears of electronics by offering appropriate training. Our expertise allows us to support audiences with specific needs by adapting our interventions to each individual to allow progressive learning.
