The thermal rehabilitation of the General Leclerc 1 2 building complex of 192 housing units located in Livry Gargan in Seine-Saint-Denis aims to improve the energy performance of buildings and the comfort of the housing supply while reducing the carbon impact. The various buildings are classified F and E in terms of energy consumption and the greenhouse gas (GHG) emission label is marked "F" before the works. After the Seine-Saint-Denis Habitat works, the aim is to achieve the energy label C, the same for greenhouse gas emissions.
