The Territorial Datahub, at the heart of the system, is a platform whose architecture aims to validate a model of concentration of all data (public but also private) at the scale of the territory over its entire life cycle - collection, processing, conservation, management, sharing. This project should make it possible to develop effective solutions for exploiting territorial data, whatever their origin, in order to facilitate decisions, steer public policies, measure their impact and report on public action. In this context, this project contributes to making territorial data a common good serving the general interest and public action. Its Made in France approach aims to enable the creation of digital commons by promoting interoperability in the service of Open Data to guarantee fair, regulated and secure access and replicability in other territories.
