The renovation project of 116 housing units spread over two Champarts La Chasse residences in the city center of the municipality of Limay) aims to support the ecological transition of the Île-de-France Region and the improvement of the energy and climate performance of buildings. The project aims to: - Allow the transition of an energy label from D to B for Cep and from E to C for GHGs; - Obtain the BBC renovation label; - Reduce energy consumption by tenants; - Improve tenant satisfaction and increase the attractiveness of residences.
