The project concerns the creation of a 4* hotel in Artalens-Souin on the road leading to HAUTACAM in the Hautes-Pyrénées. It is also part of the marketing plan and/or regional scheme for the development of tourism and leisure in the Occitanie region (2019-2022) which aims to increase overnight stays by about 1.5% in mountain areas, to contribute to the economic development of territories through tourism, to build an image with values. It will also be a question of increasing foreign overnight stays. This project is part of a logic of upmarket following the increase in attendance in the Pyrenees post Covid-19, a desire for rejuvenation and well-being with a return to green. It is also part of a desire to adapt to climate issues by working on existing buildings, without extension and without artificialization of the soil.
