The project aims to develop the individual and collective support service and follow-up to the creation / resumption of activity without limitation of duration and to raise awareness among future managers on the takeover-transmission of companies. It is also a question of responding to a population of existing companies that increasingly solicits these actions. Actions shall take account of individual and collective advice and support for the creation of activities; project leaders and young leaders can be accompanied for up to 5 years. The concept of host territory is essential: the aim is to promote a balance between the creation/takeover and/or development of activities and the expectations of that territory. It is also about shaping the economic fabric, signalling skills in situ, and making the territory attractive in a consensual way. These two elements go hand in hand. These actions allow project leaders to concretize an idea accompanied and supported towards development axes that they did not imagine upstream. The majority of the EPC welcomes women and targets them as a matter of priority. Young people need much longer accompaniment.
