The wine cooperative Les Hauts de Montrouge located in Nogaro in the Gers (32) wishes to deploy a photovoltaic power plant for self-consumption on its site allowing it to control the costs of its electricity supply. The project consists in installing and commissioning a ground photovoltaic power plant with a power of 220 kWp on a vacant lot unexploited by the cooperative. The photovoltaic plant will produce 246 MWh/year of decarbonized electricity, fully consumed on site, which will power the cooperative's infrastructure. The project will not benefit from the feed-in tariffs set by the Commission de Régulation de l'Energie (CRE) since the tariff order of October 2021 amended by the order of 22 December 2023, setting the conditions for the purchase of electricity produced by photovoltaic installations, excludes ground-based photovoltaic installations from the beneficiaries. In order to ensure the total absence of reinjection on the network, an anti-injection regulator will be positioned at the level of the low-voltage general panel of the installation. The estimated period of execution of the operation is set from 01/11/2022 to 31/12/2024.
