The QUALIFIAN PARCOURS scheme of the 2023-2026 Regional Training Plan offers jobseekers certifying or professional training aimed at encouraging their return to employment. This system was developed in partnership with the various economic actors in the Occitanie region to identify employment needs and, in particular, occupations in tension. In addition, the pathways are individualized to meet the profiles of the target audiences.
