The House of Camboyer

Acquisition of a 17th century estate of 2400 m2 on 9 hectares of non-constructible land, in an agricultural area and "sensitive natural complex" housing a building in order to create a 4* hotel with 15 rooms of 24 to 38 m2 (including a suite and a PRM room), with lounges, reception room, catering area, bicycle reception and well-being. The project leader's desire is to create a "high-end" tourism offer within the framework of sustainable tourism with concrete actions to limit the environmental footprint and preserve biodiversity. The wearer aims to be a reference of the eco-responsible high-end hotel industry in Occitania. The Camboyer estate is located in the heart of Occitanie, in the immediate vicinity of the Canal du Midi and the paths of St Jacques de Compostela equidistance between Toulouse and Carcassonne. Its 9-hectare park is classified as a sensitive natural complex and Lpo refuge with remarkable biodiversity. This unspoilt setting in the immediate vicinity of major cities and Unesco-listed tourist sites is an ideal setting.
