The Lot Department wanted to set up a departmental digital public services platform that offers a tool enabling departmental solidarity houses to support and follow users in the territory: making contact, making appointments, follow-up on calls, access to files, follow-up on files and requests... As part of the Ordi'Lot operation, which aims to facilitate the acquisition of a laptop for 6th grade students, this platform will allow families to submit their applications online and monitor them. Department officials will process the files and communicate with the families via the same tool (request for additional documents, request for payment, sending the withdrawal order, etc.). The development of this platform will continue with the creation of other components relating to social assistance for children, maternal and child protection, integration, housing, the elderly and people with disabilities... The objectives of the creation of this platform are manifold: - improve the accessibility of public services, - improve the performance of public services, - improve the user relationship, - support electronics.
