The objectives of this project are: - Creating a 4-star hotel in the town of Torreilles, - Enabling energy efficiency of the establishment (limiting heat loss, improving insulation, using energy and water-efficient systems) - Responding to customer demand - Differentiating from competition - Limiting its impact on the environment - Creating year-round employment (5) - Valuing the territory of Salanque by offering high-end services - Creating an economy in the village of Torreilles and its surroundings - Promoting local products, particularly at the breakfast level - Offering a year-round accommodation activity with a turnover that increases over the first 3 years The project requires the use of a bank loan from Crédit Agricole for the totality of investments. An agreement has been signed. This ERDF grant will make it possible to carry out the entire project in a context of energy crisis and price inflation.
