The project consists of the construction of a geothermal installation on a project to renovate part of the Château de Laurentie based in Buzet sur Tarn (31) and to build its annexes/dependencies. The construction of a geothermal installation is an important decision as the financial investments are substantial. It will provide heating, cooling and domestic hot water for the entire estate, while being more virtuous. In return, the performance, reliability and relevance of this renewable energy justify a significant benefit over the entire life of the building.
