The aim of the project to extend and modernise the Mercure Hotel on the Moulins Albigeois site (listed as a historic monument) is to bring the establishment into line with the expectations of local customers but also foreign customers by accentuating local roots. All the extension and modernisation will be carried out with a priority: improve the energy performance of the building while limiting its consumption, in the constrained context of Remarkable Heritage Sites (RPS). The Hotel aims to label Green Key.
