The Qualifying Pathways scheme of the 2023-2026 Regional Training Plan offers jobseekers certifying or professionalising training to help them return to employment. This system was developed in partnership with the various economic actors in the Occitanie region to identify employment needs and, in particular, occupations in tension. In addition, the pathways are individualized to meet the profiles of the target audiences.
