Mulhouse Alsace Agglomeration (m2A) carries out the project of creating a Simplified Street Body Plan (PCRS) on its territory composed of 39 municipalities. The PCRS Vector project consists of developing the very large-scale digital plan of all the streets of the agglomeration, based on terrestrial topographic surveys. M2A manages the creation, maintenance and dissemination of data to partners and in Opendata. The CSRP will allow network operators to locate their networks on a common, homogeneous and accurate plan in their responses to DT-DICTs. It will also serve the municipalities and all the actors of the territory to better know the occupation of the public space, to manage their heritage, to facilitate the exchange of information and to design development projects, all through a common background plan and structured in layers. Thus, this project contributes to the digital development of public action.
