The project aims to bring out and support the development of 15 solutions with a high social impact on the territory of the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg, responding to major challenges identified with the actors and citizens of the territory. The social and citizen incubator supported by the Partnerships Lab is the main lever for action. Physically anchored in the city of Strasbourg thanks to the management of the third location of the Tour Merveilleuse du Schloessel, thought of as a resolutely partnership tool, progressing from year to year to provide an ever more refined response to the needs of the core teams of the projects thanks to a rich support and a permanent animation, the social and citizen incubator is part of the wider community of the 34 impact projects that have emerged since 2017. Citizen mobilization and collective entrepreneurship are the DNA of these solutions. They allow everyone to reveal their talents and find their path of commitment. The Partnership Lab accompanies them and actively supports these solutions so that they can both benefit from the energies and skills of citizens and grow on the basis of shared governance. The social impact we want to have will be both the compass and the measurement of the results of our project.
