The operation aims at the passive labeled new construction of 20 social housing units by the social lessor mmH. This operation makes it possible to integrate into the housing stock of mmH high energy quality housing that will ensure a higher quality of life and comfort for future beneficiaries. This construction labeled "passive building" Passivhaus with the French Federation of Passive Construction goes beyond what is prescribed by the new construction legislation of the Environmental Regulation 2020. An exemplary energy performance is targeted. It will be perfectly adapted to the needs of tenants, keeping in mind a high level of summer/winter comfort, reduction of GHG emissions compared to RE buildings, and low energy consumption.
