The project aims to develop a personalized support towards changes in mobility practices for the public located in the attraction area of the metropolis of Strasbourg to improve air quality, reduce CO2 emissions of the territory and promote the use of decarbonized mobility. The support will allow residents to diagnose their mobility needs, to obtain all the information on how to use alternative mobility, to apply for existing financial aid at national, regional or local level, to be better aware and informed about air quality and climate change issues and to comply with the criteria for the application of the ZFE-m of the Strasbourg Eurometropolis. The inhabitants of the areas bordering the Eurometropolis of Strasbourg are strongly impacted by the new regulations but sometimes remote and poorly informed about the existing aid and support systems while they have a larger and more polluting fleet of vehicles. The establishment of this territorial window must promote the transition to action of inhabitants towards less carbon-intensive mobility solutions.
