Implementation of a training OPRP (Professional Worker in Heritage Restoration), level 3, RNCP 37516, for 10 trainees within the Écomusée d'Alsace. The training is based on a three-pronged foundation: - A methodology of analysis of the building from a historical, geographical, cultural and technical perspective - On-site learning of lasting application, essential gestures to secure, consolidate, maintain, modify and improve the local heritage. - An immersion in local companies of different building bodies. This allows the learner to: - to understand the coherence of a building with its territory and thus to preserve its identity; - to approach the building with a transversal vision that highlights the interactions between the different bodies of state, but also between the changes in uses and the architectural changes that this entails; - to maintain local know-how, to know specific resources and to master materials that are no longer in the current economic sectors and yet make up all the richness, diversity of our environment. Duration of the training 1,200 hours (800 hours in the centre and 400 hours in the company). The teachings are very diverse both at the practical and theoretical level. The versatility and the global vision of the building that the owner tries to transmit are now necessary for quality work with regard to energy and social issues.
