Rehabilitation and energy renovation building Mission Locale Nord Meusien Following the fire that took place in the building of the Local Mission of North Meusien (MLNM) the association sought to relocate. The operation relates to the rehabilitation of a former business building in order to develop the future premises of the MLNM. The will of the administrators of the association is to carry out an energy efficient development of this initially energy-intensive building. The ambition of the renovation of the insulation will make it possible to go from a consumption of 250 kWhep/m2.year to a consumption of 62 kWhep/m2.year. The installation of RES equipment will also drastically reduce the building's GHG emissions. This redevelopment will benefit the reception of the public of the Local Mission. The will of the association is also to raise awareness of the issues of energy transition by the exemplary nature of its building. This approach is also part of the support and learning of the audiences supported by the association.share on FacebookTwitterLinkedinEmailreport an issue
