The operation concerns the rehabilitation of 100 social housing units in Châlons-en-Champagne distributed in five housing developments on Lorraine and Drouot streets by Nov'Habitat. The work aims to reduce the energy consumption of buildings with the achievement of a BBC performance level, to improve the safety and comfort of residents. The work will be mainly oriented towards the installation of external insulation, the replacement of joinery, the insulation of the attic and the renovation of heating and ventilation systems. The renovation of the units will improve the energy performance of the buildings by carrying out works that will also have an impact on improving the life experiences of tenants, reducing their rental costs and reducing the maintenance bill.
