In the continuity of the previous 2019-2022 operation, the project "Pact Transmission-Reprise" is renewed for the period 2023-2025 to continue the actions carried out in favor of the transfer-takeover of companies in the territory of the Grand Est. In a multisectoral logic, the Chamber of Crafts and Crafts of the Grand Est Region (CMAR) and the Grand Est Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCI) are mobilizing in consortium to implement the Transmission-Recovery Pact throughout the territory. The individual and collective actions promoted in this operation are aimed at increasing the number of handovers of craft enterprises while developing projects for their takeover. By offering project leaders a range of services ranging from raising the awareness of sellers to monitoring the takeover, the actions implemented by the CMA network aim to facilitate the transfer-takeover of craft enterprises in the Great East. Thanks to personalized support adapted to the profile of the transferor or buyer, the chances of concretization and success of the sale or takeover project are amplified.
