The operation concerns the rehabilitation and residentialization of 44 housing units located in two complex 52bis and 52ter rue Marius Piant in Laxou. The works aim to reduce the consumption of the building to improve the safety, comfort of the inhabitants and green spaces. Obtaining the NF HABITAT Rénovation certification and the BBC Effinergie Rénovation label will attest to the achievement of these objectives.
