The project concerns the rehabilitation and residentialization of the Boulevard de Guyenne and Boulevard de Provence real estate complex in the priority area of the city (QPV) of Borny in Metz. This project cumulates 305 eligible social housing units. It will consist, on the one hand, in a policy of residentialization of the population and, on the other hand, in a thermal requalification of housing in order to reach a BBC level of the whole. The final objective will be the BBC Effinergie Rénovation labeling of the building complex. The energy renovation of the building will make it possible to move from an initial performance of 175 kWhep/m2.year to a target performance of up to 102 kWhep/m2.year. It will also reduce greenhouse gas emissions in all dwellings.
