The objective of this operation is to develop new innovative digital services contributing to the structuring and promotion of the offer of regional tourism signature sectors and to accelerate the digital transformation of stakeholders: . creation of a monitoring tool for the territory and sectors for stakeholders in the Grand Est region, based on data from the Explore Grand Est platform and external data. A real strategic management tool with the provision of dashboards and offering unique access to the services offered by ARTGE (offer collection platform, Explore Grand Est widget, e-reputation, sustainable path, training ...). creation of a tool for animation of the territory and sectors with innovative linking between clienteles and tourism actors allowing them to promote their territory in an innovative and attractive way. Each user becomes an "actor" by creating and sharing their selections of activities and tourist offers from the Explore Grand Est platform. A tool responding to the challenges of ultra-personalization through the collection and processing of user data and relying on the UX (user experience) codes and trends of major content platforms by putting them at the service of an innovative tourism experience
