The operation consists of the energy renovation of 60 social housing units located in 3 complexes at 2, 4, and 6 Avenue de Mont Héry in Châlons-en-Champagne. This renovation will make it possible to reduce the energy bill of households and thus improve the life experiences of tenants, the reduction of their rental charges and the reduction of the maintenance bill. It will also be an important energy performance gain to reduce GHG emissions, beneficial for the energy transition of the territory.
